Containers are vandal proof and each of ours is fitted with a purposely fitted lock-box preventing any tampering with the lock.

So you’ve recently purchased a boat or a caravan for those family holidays but have nowhere to store it? We have the space – the Xspace for you. We have two different sized covered parking bays available: 6m and 9m long respectively. With a width of 4m and a height of 3.5m, you can be certain there’ll be plenty of space for your newest addition. Our parking facilities are protected by a sheet metal roof, which, unlike shade cloth, ensures your vehicle is protected from the elements.
We even boast a complimentary self-service wash bay available for you to keep your vehicle clean whilst it lives on-site at our storage facility.

Rental Terms:

  • A deposit, equal to one month’s rental is required before occupation and is refundable once the unit is vacated, as per the terms and conditions of our contract. Two month’s deposit is required on all commercial use units and Open Bays (uncovered parking)
